Two payment options are available for booking trucks with us:

1. 70% advance when the truck is loaded and a 30% balance after receiving POD.

Truck hire charges are spot market-based. Apart from source-to-destination distance, the availability of the trucks at that time also determines the price. Our matching algorithm in our online truck booking app matches your load with the nearest truck and starts getting bids. The best truck with the best bid is assigned for your load.

If your shipment weight or dimensions differ from what you booked online, inform us immediately. We will assess the situation and advise on potential adjustments to the booking or additional charges that might apply.
